The Day Camp Starts

  • During sign in you will confirm your camper's health information, let us know who will be picking them up when camp is over, and make any outstanding payments. The merchandise table will be open if you want to grab some Kinasao gear!
  • You will then be shown to your camper's cabin and can help them get settled before saying your goodbyes.

The Day Camp Ends

  • Join us for closing worship at 1:00 pm (3:45 pm for Day Camp).
  • During chapel you'll experience some of the camper's favorite songs, hear an overview of what the kids have learned over the week, and an offering will be taken for our staff bursary.
  • Grab your stuff out of the Retreat Center, stop by the camp store, and have a safe drive home!

  • Please inform us of food allergies or dietary concerns before the start of camp through the camper's profile form.  Those with extreme or multiple allergies are asked to be aware, with grace, of the limitations of our kitchen.   While we are able to provide gluten free meals, given the nature of our kitchen, the risk of cross contamination is a possibility. We are unable to accommodate halal and kosher diets. Our Head Cook is happy to discuss dietary concerns with parents and campers to make sure everyone at camp can have happy, full bellies!

  • All medications - prescription or over the counter - are to be dropped off with our First Aid Attendant during registration. Medications will be dispensed as required. Parents are asked to enter their camper's medications into their camper's profile at least 2 days prior to camp start date. Incident reports will be provided to parents on the last day of camp if any non-scheduled medications were needed by your camper throughout the week.

  • Kinasao is not responsible for lost and found items. Please ensure that your child leaves with everything that they brought to camp. Lost & Found items will be on display during the closing chapel of camp.  Any lost & found items that are not claimed by the end of the season will be donated to a local charity.

  • Kinasao is a great place to come and experience God's natural creation and relationship with others. We ask that campers leave electronics such as cell phones, tablets or laptops at home.  If electronics are brought to camp, they will be collected by staff on registration, and secured in the camp office until the end of camp.  If you need to get in touch with your camper during the week, contact the camp office (306-941-8372 or info@kinasao.ca).
