All rates are subject to 5% GST. 


Off site guests: Any participants who are not staying in Kinasao cabins or retreat center will be charged $10/day ($20 total for weekend rental).  This fee applies to guests staying in the Kinasao campground. 


Day Use: $550.00/day (no overnight guests - not an available option for Wedding bookings)


Weddings: $3500/weekend (regardless of number of guests).  Meal charges additional.  For more info on Weddings, click here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the buildings winterized?

All of our sleeping accommodations are winterized.  The chapel is not winterized, and is shut down by Thanksgiving each year. 


Can we have alcohol at the camp?

Kinasao has a strict no alcohol policy. This policy includes weddings. 


Does Kinasao have free wifi?

Wifi access is not available for public use at Kinasao.  Rental groups can choose to add on wifi access for a charge.  Remember we live in the bush and wifi is not always reliable for streaming/video services!


Can we have pets at the camp?

Pets are welcome at the camp, but must remain on a leash at all times. There is one pet friendly cabin at Kinasao - Galatians.  This is the only building pets are allowed into.  


Do we have to clean up after ourselves?

Guest groups have the option of hiring end of rental housekeeping services, or preforming these duties by themselves.  View the Housekeeping Rates for details.  If housekeeping services are not hired out, the Guest Services Manager will do an inspection with a guest group representative prior to departure.  


What if we need to cancel our event?

Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If the rental is cancelled up to 60 in advance, your deposit is refundable.
  • If cancelled between 30-60 days, your deposit can be transferred to another weekend in the same year.
  • If cancelled with less than 30 days notice, your deposit is non-refundable and it cannot be transferred.
